1. An advance payment will be charged and is payable at the time of booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. The Client shall have the right to cancel the Supplier for the booked event, by serving upon the Supplier, not less than 60 clear days notice in writing. Failure to do so will entitle the Supplier to payment in full; this must be paid no later than the event date. 3. If operators are required for any part of the event (for the purposes of operation including, disco, live entertainment, lighting, and general operation of supplied equipment or services) then soft drinks must be provided by the Client for these operators for the duration of the event 4. The Client is responsible for all aspects of safety and security at the venue and shall evict any persons damaging any supplied equipment or causing nuisance to any of the event operators 5. Ownership of all equipment or material supplied remains with the Supplier. The Supplier will, at the time of installation or delivery, make sure that all equipment or material supplied is fitted safely for normal use and in working order. In the event that equipment is used in public areas, the Client is responsible to inform any persons at the venue of its use, position and any relevant safety or security related issues. The Supplier cannot be held responsible for any persons injured, or damage to the venue if the equipment is tampered with or used for purposes other than its intended use. Should the equipment be damaged in any way by persons on the premises then the Client will be responsible under section 6 of these terms. A demonstration of hired equipment working will be given to the Client or their representative after installation, it is the responsibility of the Client to arrange for themselves or their representative to be present for this demonstration. Should any hired equipment fail during its normal operation the client must report this to the Supplier immediately and must not attempt to alter or fix the failed equipment. 6. In the event of any damage to or loss of any equipment or material provided by the Supplier, by any persons on the premises, the Client shall be liable to pay in full for the repair or replacement costs of any such equipment or material. Additionally, in respect of any event for which such equipment or material is required by the Supplier for provision to other clients during the repair or replacement period, Client shall pay the cost of hiring substitute equipment or material of at least an equal standard to such equipment or material lost or damaged, plus any relating expenses. This applies from the moment of installation until the supplier has cleared the venue of all supplied equipment or material, irrespective of the supplier’s possible absence from the premises, for example if installation is required in advance of the event, and may include over night. 7. Should any individual item supplied by the Supplier fail in any material respect to perform as would reasonably be expected, and the failure is not in any way attributable to an error, omission, direct or indirect action of the client or a third party who is outside of the Supplier's control, the client shall be entitled to a refund of the hire price of such failing item. The client shall not be entitled to a refund of any delivery, setup or installation cost, or part thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, each individual unit shall constitute a separate 'item' for the purposes of this provision regardless of the total number of units supplied or the intended combination of such units. 8. On site parking at no cost must be supplied at the venue for at least one large vehicle such as a van and must be made available to the Supplier for the duration of the Setup, during the entire event and the break down time, should further parking be required for other vehicles the client will be informed. 9. In the event that the Supplier is unable to attend, then the Supplier shall endeavor to provide a substitute of a like nature and a greater or equal value. In the case of substitution the supplier will contact the client. If the Supplier is unable to supply any substitute then the Supplier shall become liable to compensate the Client for an amount up to but not exceeding the fee for the event. This compensation is not liable if the Supplier cannot attend due to circumstances outside the Suppliers control, force majeure, or acts of god. The Supplier has the right to cancel a booked event by a serving upon the Client, not less than 60 clear days notice in writing. In the case of cancellation by the supplier the advance payment will be refunded in full. 10. Break down time, the time that the supplier will begin to remove equipment or material provided for the event. If the supplier can not gain access to collect equipment or material provided at the time specified there will be charge of £175.00 per hour or part off and £50.00 administration charge for this delay. 11. If any provision of these terms is found by any court to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid or unenforceable, unfair or unreasonable then it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions which will continue in full force and effect
